BurnTide Ingredients List: 5 Things To Read On The Label
The BurnTide label names five ingredients. Three mineral rows carry their own amounts. Apple cider vinegar and three BHB salts share one 525 mg proprietary blend, and the split is not published. Corn syrup, not the blend, is the first item on the other ingredients line. Read the label in five short steps.

What is on the BurnTide label and what is not?
The jar carries a Supplement Facts panel, an Other Ingredients line, suggested use and a caution paragraph. Together they are the whole BurnTide formula as far as the public can see.
Five names count as actives on this label: apple cider vinegar, BHB calcium/magnesium/sodium, calcium, magnesium and sodium. Nine more ingredients sit on the Other Ingredients line. They are not actives.
The panel revision is REV 04/24. You can check it in the corner of the Supplement Facts box on your jar. The rest of this post reads each part in order.
What are the 5 things to read on the BurnTide ingredients list?
Thing 1: The serving line
One gummy weighs 2.5 g. A jar holds 30. Each gummy has 8 calories and 2 g of total carbohydrate (1% Daily Value). The serving weight matters because every other number sits inside 2.5 g.
Thing 2: The blend row
The Proprietary Blend is 525 mg. Inside it the label lists apple cider vinegar first and the BHB salts after it. Labels list blend items by weight, largest first, so the vinegar outweighs the three salts combined. How much of the 525 mg is vinegar is not published.
Thing 3: The three mineral rows
Sodium is 2.5 mg, calcium is 1 mg and magnesium is 0.75 mg. Each rounds to 0% Daily Value. They are listed because the BHB salts are minerals joined to a ketone, so the mineral has to be counted. Sodium citrate on the other line adds a little sodium too.
Thing 4: The Other Ingredients line
In order of weight: corn syrup, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, tapioca starch, natural flavors and beet root powder. Corn syrup is first, so it outweighs the whole 525 mg blend.
Thing 5: The sugar and caution text
Total sugars are 2 g. Added sugars are 1 g, or 2% of the Daily Value. Below the panel, the caution says to speak to a healthcare professional if you are under a physician's care or take medication, and not to use the product if pregnant or nursing without consulting a physician. It is for adults 18 and over only.
Does the BurnTide supplement facts panel show how much vinegar is inside?
No. A blend is allowed to be declared as one total. The panel gives the total and the order, and nothing else about the split.
That leaves two things you can say safely. First, 525 mg is a ceiling for both named actives together. Second, vinegar comes first, so it is the larger share.
Two things you should not say: that the gummy holds 525 mg of vinegar, or that the four items share the blend equally. Neither is supported by the label. The proprietary blends guide on this website shows the method in full, and the FDA labeling guide sets out the rule.
Can the mineral rows hint at how much BHB salt there is?
This website offers one piece of arithmetic that the manufacturer does not print. It is marked as arithmetic, not as a label figure.
If all the declared calcium, magnesium and sodium came from the three BHB salts, the salts would weigh about 27 mg and carry about 23 mg of beta-hydroxybutyrate. That would leave about 498 mg of the blend as apple cider vinegar solids.
The weak step is sodium. Sodium citrate also adds sodium, so the true salt weight could be lower. Treat the numbers as a rough scale, not a fact. They show that the ketone part of the blend is small next to the 10 to 25 g used in ketone drink studies.
What does the BurnTide formula leave out?
Some absences are good news. Some are gaps.
- No caffeine and no stimulant. Nothing on the panel or the other line is a caffeine source.
- No gelatin. Apple pectin is the gelling agent.
- No gluten source and no dairy source appear on the other ingredients line.
- Not published: which vinegar preparation is used, the acetic acid content, and whether any batch was assayed.
- Not published: who formulated it. The Doctor Formulated seal names nobody.
One more item cuts the other way. The gummy does contain added sugar, 1 g per gummy, from corn syrup and pure cane sugar.

Frequently asked questions
What is on the BurnTide ingredients list?
Apple cider vinegar and BHB calcium, magnesium and sodium inside a 525 mg blend, plus calcium, magnesium and sodium rows. Nine other ingredients follow, starting with corn syrup.
How much apple cider vinegar is in BurnTide?
Not published. It shares a 525 mg blend with three BHB salts, so 525 mg is the ceiling for both together.
Does BurnTide contain caffeine or a stimulant?
No. Nothing on the panel or the other ingredients line is a caffeine source or a stimulant.
Is BurnTide vegetarian?
The gel is apple pectin, not gelatin, and the jar carries a vegetarian seal. Read the other ingredients line yourself if it matters to you.
Why do the mineral rows say 0%?
The amounts are tiny against the Daily Values. 2.5 mg, 1 mg and 0.75 mg all round to zero percent.
What does the dagger mean on the panel?
It means Daily Value Not Established. It sits beside total sugars and the proprietary blend and is not a warning.
Our view
The BurnTide ingredients list is short and clear on what it prints. The three mineral rows and the blend total are exact. The part buyers care about most, the vinegar and BHB amounts, is not published.
Our advice is to buy on the label you can read, not on the label you hope for. A daily chewable with a small blend, 1 g of added sugar and a clear guarantee is a fair description. A research-sized dose is not.
If you take medicine, or you track sodium, calcium or magnesium for a medical reason, show this label to your pharmacist first.
Please note. BurnTide is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your own health questions before you start.
