How much apple cider vinegar is in one Burntide gummy?
The label does not say. Apple cider vinegar sits inside a single Proprietary Blend printed at 525 mg, together with three BHB salts, and US labelling rules let a blend be declared as one total. What the 525 mg does tell you is a ceiling: no single ingredient inside it can weigh more than 525 mg.
What does the Burntide Supplement Facts panel actually print?
Serving size 1 gummy at 2.5 g, 30 servings a jar, 8 calories, total carbohydrate 2 g, total sugars 2 g of which 1 g is added sugars, sodium 2.5 mg, calcium 1 mg, magnesium 0.75 mg, and one Proprietary Blend at 525 mg. The label revision is REV 04/24.
Why do the mineral rows on Burntide say zero per cent?
Because the amounts are small against the Daily Values. 2.5 mg of sodium against 2,300 mg, 1 mg of calcium against 1,300 mg and 0.75 mg of magnesium against 420 mg all round to 0%. The panel is printing the truth, not hiding it.
Is the Burntide 525 mg blend a lot or a little?
It is little, measured against the research on either ingredient. The vinegar trials used liquid vinegar at tablespoon doses and the ketone trials used multi-gram drinks. 525 mg is the total for both ingredients together, before the split.
What is the dagger symbol on the Burntide panel?
It means no Daily Value has been established for that row. It appears beside total sugars and beside the proprietary blend. It is not a footnote about effectiveness.

Is Burntide a capsule, a tablet or a gummy?
A chewable gummy. One gummy is 2.5 g and there are 30 in a jar. There is no capsule version and no liquid version of Burntide.
How much of a Burntide gummy is the supplement?
525 mg of a 2.5 g gummy, which is about 21 per cent of it by weight. The rest is corn syrup, water, cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, tapioca starch, natural flavors and beet root powder.
Why are Burntide gummies red when the label is amber?
Beet root powder, which is the last entry on the Other Ingredients line. The amber is the label artwork, not the gummy.
How much sugar is in Burntide?
Two grams of total sugars a gummy, of which one gram is added sugar. On one gummy a day that is 30 g of added sugar over a jar.
Does Burntide contain caffeine or a stimulant?
Nothing on the panel or the Other Ingredients line is a caffeine source or a stimulant. The blend names apple cider vinegar and three BHB salts and nothing else.

How do I take Burntide?
Adults, take one gummy daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take it approximately 30 minutes before your morning or afternoon meal, with a full glass of water. That wording is the label's own.
Can I take two Burntide gummies a day?
Not unless a clinician tells you to. The label says one gummy daily and says not to exceed it. Doubling a 525 mg blend does not make it a research dose; it makes it two gummies and four grams of sugar.
Why does the Burntide label say 30 minutes before a meal?
It is the timing the manufacturer printed. The vinegar research that looked at meal-related outcomes also dosed vinegar with or shortly before a meal, so the instruction is at least consistent with it.
What if I miss a day of Burntide?
Take the next one at the usual time. Do not take two to catch up.
How long before I can judge Burntide?
The distributor's own summary says most people who report a change put it at three to six weeks, and the eight dated reviews on record run from day 23 to day 50. Judging it in week one is judging nothing.

Who should not take Burntide?
Anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone under a physician's care or taking medication who has not cleared it with that clinician. The label says so in its caution paragraph.
Does Burntide interact with medication?
Ask a pharmacist. The categories worth naming are diabetes medication, because vinegar has been studied for glucose responses; potassium-lowering drugs such as some diuretics, because vinegar at high intakes has been linked to low potassium; and anything where your clinician tracks sodium, calcium or magnesium.
Is Burntide bad for tooth enamel?
Acidic products can be, and the literature includes a dental erosion case report tied to vinegar. A gummy is chewed and sits on the teeth. Rinse with water after, which is a sensible habit with any acidic chewable.
Is Burntide FDA approved?
No. No dietary supplement in the United States is FDA-approved. The facility is FDA-registered, which is a different statement and a much smaller one.
Is Burntide safe with a low-sodium diet?
2.5 mg of sodium a gummy is negligible against a 2,300 mg Daily Value, but if you are counting sodium under medical instruction, tell whoever is counting it with you.
